Job #24-XXX
What You Need to Know

Where the project stands right now

  • We're in schematic design — the first design review with you is targeted for the week of Aug 17.
  • We're on track to submit for permit in October. Seattle DCI review typically runs a few months, so we're planning for approval around February 2027.
  • Once the permit is issued, we'll break ground in mid-March 2027, with substantial completion targeted for mid-January 2028.
  • Nothing is needed from you this week — we're ordering the survey and getting the site documented. Design decisions start at your first review.
